Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return within 30 days if not used/melted for full refund less return shipping costs which will be deducted from refund.
As with anything homemade, defects can occur. Please reach out within 30 days of purchase, with pictures and description of defect. Owner will reach out to you as quickly as possible to troubleshoot and determine what steps to take next.Â
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
